Design and purchasing

Following an initial consultation we will provide you with an estimate to design & source all the fixtures and fittings you need to complete the space. We have a library of suppliers we work with regularly, ranging from high street brands to high end designers.

What’s included

  • A detailed site survey.

  • Mood boards to detemine the overall look and feel of the space

  • A spatial planning phase to determine the best interior layout prior to full design.

  • 3D modelled colour visuals showing all the details of the design and positions for furnture, fixtures and fittings

  • Samples of the interior finishes including colour swatches for paint & other materials where necessary.

  • Product boards showing the proposed products required to complete the space.

  • Estimates to purchase all the products required to complete the renovation.

  • Purchasing of all fixtures and fittings and co-ordination of delivery to site.

What’s not included

  • CAD drawings or construction drawings, these can be quoted for separately if required.

  • Briefing and co-ordination of trades to complete installation
